Fly-Back
What is Fly-Back? Why is he so happy?
vvvvFly-Back is an opportunity for the airshow enthusiast to buy a ride in a helicopter or a WWII airplane. This year's show offers several different types of aircraft that you can ride in. You can pick the plane, pick the time, and pick the direction; it's up to you. The aircraft below will be available for flights between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm.
If you are interested in a ride please email Philip Beegle @ pbeegle1@aol.com
P-51 Mustang
This is your chance to ride in an airplane that made history, not only across the seas fighting a war, but also back home in the eye of the public. There is nothing like the sound of a 1,600 horsepower Merlin as it rips across the sky. Now you can experience it first hand.
SBD Dauntless
Open cockpit, 1,200 horsepower, two thirty-caliber machine-guns in your grasp. Need we say more?
AT-6 Texan
This WWII trainer is the last step before a young pilot can get into a fighter, with it's 600 horsepower radial engine and open cockpit, it is a trip that you will not soon forget.
C-45 Expeditor
This twin radial engine transport will take you high into the sky, as you witness the sights Peachtree City from above.
