P-51 Mustang Acrobatics |
|
Watch as Stan Musick takes this World War II fighter through several high speed passes then rolls, barrel rolls, a loops right in front of the crowd line. There is no sound like the Merlin low to the ground and pumping out 1,500 horsepower. |
| Heritage Flights |
 |
The Heritage Demonstration consists of two close formation high angle photo passes followed by an in front of the crowd collision effect break, opposing rolls and opposite direction split to land. There is nothing like the sound of the Merlin and a jet engine together. |

of the Mighty F-16 Fighting Falcon as it splits the
Skies above Peachtree City. |

Shaw
Air Force Base is home to the Viper East Team, one of
two F-16 aerial demonstration teams in Air Combat Command. The
F-16 Fighting Falcon, more commonly known to military
pilots as the Viper, is a compact, extremely maneuverable
multi-role fighter aircraft. The F-16 has proven
itself in air-to-air combat as well as air-to-surface
attack. It provides a relatively low-cost, high-performance
weapon system for the air forces of the United States
and other allied nations. |
We
are in the process of booking several more acts, check back

Announcer for the show: Scott Slade
Scott Slade of WSB Talk Radio, has been the air show announcer since its inception. Scott is an avid aviation enthusiast and pilot in his own right.
Scott Slade’s friendly personality has made him an Atlanta staple in the mornings. “Frankly I just try to be myself. People don’t want to be jolted out of bed or in the car. The doughnut guy listens to WSB on his way to work.”
